The Department of Philosophy, Panjab University, Chandigarh hosted a public presentation as part of Panjab University’s G-20 youth fortnight events. Professors, academic researchers, students, and non-teaching personnel attended the presentation. This year’s theme is “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam.” India is serving as the Summit’s President this year. The objectives, significance, potential, and difficulties for India as chair have been underlined by speakers. The G-20 has altered its emphasis from broad macroeconomic issues to a variety of topics, including trade, sustainable development, health, agriculture, energy, environment, climate change, and anti-corruption, according to speakers. The presentation’s conclusion, which focused on India’s global leadership, was an open debate at the end.
