Chandigarh Journalists Association organised a programme in Chandigarh press club to pay homage to veteran journalist Dr N K Trikha . Shri. Avtar Singh , president Chandigarh Journalists Association , Jaswant Singh Rana General Secretary Chandigarh Journalists Association , Anil Kumar Gupta President Tribune Employees Union , Surinder Verma Dy President and incharge for North zone National Media Confederation. Rajesh Malik Vice-president of Trbune Employees Union and other from media organisations appreciated his general skills and contributions to save the rights of newspaper employees. After the meeting it was decided to form federation of Journalists and non journalists in Chandigarh.
