Unique Spiritual Summer Camp by Iskcon Panchkula Ignites Moral Values and Krishna Consciousness Among Children

Panchkula, June 6, 2023 – Iskcon Panchkula recently organized a one-of-a-kind summer camp that captivated the minds of more than 120 students. The camp, focused on fostering moral values and imparting Krishna consciousness, aimed to engage children in various activities, including Art & Craft, Dance, Singing, Shloka Recitation, Cooking without stove, Drama, and more.

This enriching camp provided a platform for children to have fun while imbibing valuable life lessons. Each day, the participants eagerly awaited the sumptuous lunch prasadam served to them, adding a delightful touch to their overall experience. HG Jhanvi Priya Devi Dasi, who has been leading this initiative for the past 15 years, guided the camp with expertise and dedication.

The highlight of the summer camp will be the grand event scheduled for the final day, June 11, 2023, where children will showcase their performances, demonstrating the skills they acquired during their time at the camp. The event promises to be a delightful spectacle, filled with talent and enthusiasm.

In addition to the engaging activities held at Iskcon Panchkula, a memorable trip was organized to Pinjore, where the children, along with other visitors, wholeheartedly participated in harinam kirtan (chanting the holy names of Lord Krishna) at the Iskcon center. The joyful ambience, coupled with the enchanting Pinjore Garden, created an unforgettable experience for all.

Iskcon Panchkula remains committed to nurturing the spiritual and cultural growth of children through innovative programs such as the spiritual summer camp. The organization believes that instilling moral values and Krishna consciousness at a tender age contributes to the holistic development of individuals and the betterment of society as a whole.
