KARAOKE FUSION CLUB Chandigarh celebrated its 100th Episode of Karaoke Singing on 1st May 2022 first of its kind in the Region. The Club was founded by Mr. I S Kang 3 years ago in May 2019. The Event had over 30 participants, from different cities of the country, who mostly sang Bollywood songs.People from, not only, Tricity but also from various other cities of Punjab,Haryana and Delhi came in large numbers to witness the Event. While Mrs. Dolly Guleria regaled the audience with a few ‘mukhras’ of Punjabi folk songs like Chann vekh ke shaunkan Mele di, Ambarsarye de papad, Ek meri akkh kashni and many more, S. Charanjit Singh Channi, Chancellor CT University, Ludhiana, Sh. R. D. Kailey, a renowned
Composer and Ghazal Vocalist, S. Gurbir Singh, a classically trained Vocalist, Sh. Vinay Kumar a Bollywood playback singer from Amritsar, YouTube sensation, S. Mukhwinder Singh and Sh. Subhash Verma, from Abohar, with golden voice of Mukesh, Dr G S Mavi from Morinda and Dr Anil Sharma from Kharar performed on the stage and captivated the audience. Other singers who enthralled the audience were Gaurav Mam, Gulshan Soni, Sushil Nagpal, Khushjit Singh, Rajesh Kanwar, Sukhwinder Bhumra, S P Duggal, Neeraj Gautam, Promila Singh, Kanchan Jain, Kanchan Bhalla, H S Grewal, Jugesh Kumar, Ved Prakash, Harjinder Singh, Devdutt Bhatia, Sucha Singh Buttar, Dr R P Bansal and I S Kang. The Event was patronized by CT University, Ludhiana, Trishla Builders, Zirakpur, Navkar Jewellers, Chandigarh, Aruna Abhey Oswal Trust, Mumbai, Premier Agencies, Chandigarh, KBP Smart City, Chandigarh, SSB Sure Shot Academy, Chandigarh etc.
Celebrating the 100th episode was a great landmark for the organizing team of the club which has Mr. I S Kang as President, Ms. Gulshan Soni as Art Director and Mr. Gaurav Mam as Technical Director as its team members. The President of the club thanked all the club members, audiences and all the Patrons for making the event so entertaining, graceful, memorable and successful.
The Event was Live-streamed on YouTube channel of the Club. Karaoke Fusion Club took to organizing online events as the first lockdown in 2020 was declared. Its online singers played a great role in destressing themselves, listeners and viewers during the lockdown period and till date. When people were stressed out due to the pandemic and stayed indoors, singers not only from across India but also from abroad took part in this online singing event every Sunday evening. The registration of its singers is done every week on first cum first serve basis free of cost. It is a selfless service by the Karaoke Fusion Club team to promote and encourage good music. Every Sunday singing events are live streamed on Facebook and YouTube. The aim is to spread positivity during these telling and difficult times. There has not been a single week during which singers have not rushed to
the Club for their registration. The club is growing by leaps and bounds and is scaling new heights of popularity.
