The 3rd Smart Medication Day, themed “Be Medication Aware,” convened on May 5th, 2024, at PGIMER, Chandigarh, organized by the Experimental Pharmacology Laboratory (EPL), under the auspices of the Indian Pharmacological Society (IPS). This pivotal event directed its focus toward Medication Error and Medication Management, drawing together a diverse assembly of national and international academic experts, students, and researchers to exchange invaluable insights and experiences in this critical domain. Renowned figures from academia, government agencies, and funding institutions were specially invited to deliver scientific talks. Dr. Michel Speeding graced the occasion with a guest lecture, while Prof. Bikash Medhi extended a warm welcome to all attendees. Prof. Vipin Koushal’s presence as Chief Guest added prestige to the proceedings, alongside Dr. Nilima Kshirsagar and Dr. Sanjay Badada, who were honored as Guests of Honor. Notably, Professor Y. K.
