Biotechnology Engineering, UIET, Panjab University, Chandigarh organised a Mentoring Event session entitled “My journey as a Biotechnology Engineer” under the IIC activity of Biotechnology, UIET on 19th April, 2023. Mr. Anuj Kumar (Principal Scientist at Biocon Biologics, Chennai) was the honourable speaker of the session. He is the alumni of UIET, Biotech of 2014-18 batch. Session started with the welcome address by Prof. J.K. Goswamy, Director UIET. Speaker started his session by recalling his stay at UIET as a Bachelor student. The session was really informative, enlightening and motivating for the students. He guided students about various entrance exams for persuing higher studies. Speaker shared key points of success with the audience along with some tips to keep them motivated. Speaker also acknowledged the support of Biotechnology, UIET in building his career. Experiences shared by Mr. Anuj Kumar will be really helpful for students throughout their career.
