Estate Office to Organise Two Days Redressal Camp on 9th and 10th July for Pending Cases

The Estate Office, Chandigarh is going to organise a first ever Grievance Redressal Camp on 9th and 10th July under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner-cum- Estate Officer and Assistant Estate Officers for sorting the pending cases of the residents of Chandigarh.
This camp will ease the hassles of residents by providing them a single platform to table the pending cases to the designated officer. The Estate Office took an initiative to digitise all the services online in September 2021. This initiative was a step towards transparent and effective e-governance system. Considering the log of pending cases, the office has taken the decision to clear most of the pendencies through this redressal camp. The department plans to settle all the grievances in 30 days.
The residents of Sector 1 to 30 can visit Community Centre, Sector 19, Chandigarh on 9th July whereas for the residents of other sectors the camp will be organized at Community Centre, Sector 38-C Chandigarh on 10th July. The timings for this two day Grievance Redressal Camp will 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Anyone whose case is pending in the Estate Office, Chandigarh can visit the camp by bringing the required documents of his/her case.
