CHANDIGARH, APRIL 27: Set to rev up the existing start-up ecosystem in the region, the TiECON 2022 to be held in the City Beautiful this Saturday will provide much needed thrust, synergy and incentive to businesses impacted by Covid.
The much awaited one-day event , rightfully billed as the North India’s biggest startup and Entrepreneurial Event will be held at the Hyatt Regency , Chandigarh here and would be attended by illustrious array of speakers including Ashneer Grover and Ghazal Alagh of Shark Tank India fame, revealed Jitin Talwar, President, TiE, Chandigarh Chapter and Founder, TT Consultants, XLPAT & XLSCOUT.
Disclosing further, he said that the theme for the seventh edition event is ‘Adding Flight to Entrepreneurship’ against the backdrop of Funding and Mentoring, given that the majority of the new start-ups face insurmountable pressures to fly for want of funds and mentors. He further informed Start up India and Invest India are amongst 35 organisations supporting TiECON.

Focused on opportunities and challenges faced by young and emerging entrepreneurs, the TiECON2022 will also witness invigorating discussions and exchange from carefully chosen more than 1500 participants and around 50 renowned speakers who will be interacting with the aspiring entrepreneurs and around 150 companies participating at the Expo stalls and Start – up Bazaar.
Dedicated to the virtuous cycle of wealth creation and giving back to the community, TiECON Chandigarh’s prime focus is to nurture future leaders and entrepreneurs, he added further.

Punjabis across the globe are known for their entrepreneurship skills. So, in a scenario, when there is abundance of manpower there is immense potential for Start-Ups.
