Haryana Police attach crores rupees worth of properties of four proclaimed offenders in Rewari

These properties include office buildings, houses, plots and farms of the absconding criminals

Chandigarh, April 4: While taking strict actions against the criminals, Haryana Police has attached crores of rupees worth properties of four proclaimed offenders in four different cases registered against them in Rewari district. The cases were registered in the duration from 1997 to 2020.

The attached properties include office buildings, houses, plots and farms of the accused criminals who were declared POs by the Honourable Court.

The details of the accused whose properties have been confiscated are as follows-

1. Case No. 137 dated 03.06.2020 Section 174A IPC Police Station Kosli- Building F-1211 Chittaranjan Park Delhi in the name of accused Arun Dev Builder Pvt Ltd who was declared PO has been attached.

2. Case No. 333 of Police Station Model Town dated 03.08.2018 Section 174A IPC Police Station Model Town – accused Vivek son Omprakash resident of Khadagwas police station, Rampura district Rewari, 2 Kanal 8 Marla land has been attached.

3. Case No. 514 of Police Station Jatusana dated 01.12.1997 Section 406 IPC police station Jatusana – 1800 yards of agricultural land and residential house of accused Omprakash son Budhram resident of Majra police station Mandhan district Alwar Rajasthan, declared PO by the court, has been attached.

4. Case No. 81 of Police Station Jatusana dated 23.09.2016 Section 323, 506, 34 IPC in Jatusana Police Station Jatusana – 261 yards of cultivable land belongs to accused Chhatrapal alias Sonu son of Ramkishan resident Rajpura Istamurar police station Khol district Rewari has been attached.

Haryana Police is also ensuring similar strict actions against other absconders who evade the legal process.
