Whereas the Chandigarh Administration vide notification no. 6/1/1-IH(I)-2022/4672 dated 22.03.2022 has declared Public Holiday in all the Government offices on 23rd March, 2022 (Wednesday) on account of Shaheedi Diwas of Bhagat Singh Ji. Therefore, to avoid inconvenience to the general public and gathering in the office of RLA, the applicants who booked their appointments for 23rd March, 2022 (Wednesday) for submission of files in the office of Registering & Licensing Authority, Sector 17, Chandigarh and Children Traffic Park, Sector 23, Chandigarh shall be entertained alphabetically w.e.f. 24.03.2022 to 30.03.2022 as below:
Applicants whose name starts with alphabet:
1. “A” to “C” on 24.03.2022(Thursday)
2. “D” to “J” on 25.03.2022 (Friday)
3. “K” to “O” on 28.03.2022 (Monday)
4. “P” to “R” on 29.03.2022 (Tuesday)
5. “S” to “Z” on 30.03.2022 (Wednesday)
In view of above, the applicants who booked appointments for dated 23rd March, 2022 (Wednesday) are requested to visit the office of RLA, Sector 17, Chandigarh and Children Traffic Park, Sector 23, Chandigarh as per above scheduled only. No applicant will be entertained apart from above schedule.
