Chandigarh, 7th December 2021 : A meeting was held today under the chairmanship of Sh. Dharam Pal, Adviser to the Administrator to discuss important issues of Estate Office at U.T. Secretariat Chandigarh
Some important issues like Conversion of leasehold to freehold properties in case of Commercial and Industrial plots, Review of fee for additional FAR to Educational,Social,Religious and Cultural institutions, Renewal of lease of LPG godown and Petrol Pump sites , Misuse/ Building violation charges etc were discussed.
The Adviser to the Administrator stressed to resolve the issues pending at the level of Chandigarh Administration at the earliest and further directed to follow up with Ministry of Home Affairs regarding the issues pending with Ministry.
Sh. Vijay Namdeoaro Zade, Finance Secretary ,Sh.Vinay Pratap Singh, Deputy Commissioner ,Sh. SS Gill, Secretary Personnel and other senior officers of Chandigarh Administration were present in the meeting.
