On Sunday, 18th July 2021, Executive Council of INSPIRE organized its 4th Webinar for its members on the Topic – “Boosting Immunity & Well-being Through Mindfulness During Covid Times” by our Guest Speaker   Dr. Nayanika Singh, Assistant Professor, Psychology, Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration, Punjab, Chandigarh.

 

Shri J.N. Bakshi, Advisor & Secretary General – INSPIRE, while welcoming the INSPIRE fraternity to the Webinar also expressed his views that it is our constant endeavour to keep INSPIRE members abreast of their well-being during Pandemic Covid-19 and Shri D.M.S. Bedi, Chairman – INSPIRE presented a brief Profile of the Guest Speaker.

 

Dr. Nayanika Singh, the Guest Speaker, during her presentation deliberated widely on the Topic – “Boosting Immunity & Well-being Through Mindfulness During Covid Times” and also shared her experience with members. She made a conscious attempt to hold the attention of the participants interactively.

 

INSPIRE (Institution for Secretarial Practices & Development) – is a non-profit voluntary body of secretarial professionals in Tricity, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 in 1993 at Chandigarh.  A large number of its members participated actively in the Webinar.
