Chandigarh March 12, 2021
The Department of Library & Information Science, Panjab University, Chandigarh celebrated online event on India’s 75 years of Independence-Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav today. Faculty members of the department participated in the event and discussed about the importance of freedom struggle and the role played by the freedom fighters in the independence of our country. Students took part in the event and discussions were held. The responsibilities on the future generation in the current society were deliberated. Brief quiz activity was also conducted on the theme of India’s freedom struggle.
