This is to inform you that pursuant to declaration of Action Financial Services (India) Limited as defaulter as well as expulsion by NSE w.e.f January 22, 2021, the Exchange has declared Action Financial Services (India) Limited, corporate trading member as defaulter, in terms of the provisions of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/MIRSD/Master Cir-04/2010 dated March 17, 2010 and also expelled the said Trading Member in compliance with the requirement of Circular No. F. No. 1/26/SE/91 dated August 12, 1991 issued by Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs), Government of India w.e.f. January 22, 2021.
Public notice issued in this regard, inviting claims from the clients of the aforesaid defaulter member is attached herewith for your information.
You may accordingly disseminate the same to your members and the investors.
