Learnt under Mr. Debotosh Dey, Guitarist of AIR. He took advance training from Pt. Shyamal Chatterjee (Sitarist) . He is not only the gold medalist of Bhaskar from Kendra but also an empanelled Artist of ‘EZCC’ and ‘ICCR’. He Performed in variousprogrammes in and around India and abroad .Today’s baithak commenced with Rag Jog , begin with aalap and jod followed by beautiful traditional composition in ten beats set to Jhap taal. He concluded his recital with traditional composition with jhala comprising of 16 beat teen taal He was well accompanied by Tabla exponent Tapash Paul.
