ST ANNE’S FEAST CELEBRATED

St. Anne’s Convent school celebrated Feast day of their patron saint, St. Anne, mother of Mary. Rt.
Rev. Dr. Igantius Loyola Mascernhas and Rev.Fr.Ambrose D’souza blessed the occasion with their
benign presence. Highlights of the program were Prayer Dance, Bible reading, Intentions, Group
song by the school choir and a mesmerising group dance. A Power Point Presentation explicitly gave
the information to the students about the significance of the Feast day.
Rev. Bishop motivated the students to be happy and create happiness all around. He emphasised
self-discipline, truth, spirituality and purity as the right virtues to be a happy and contented human
being.
The program culminated with the school song ‘St Anne’s loves me’ echoing in the auditorium with all
the students singing the lyrics deep from their hearts.
