*PGI DERMATOLOGISTS SHINES AT AT 52ND NATIONAL CONFERENCE DERMACON 2024
The department of Dermatology, PGI headed by Prof. Sanjeev Handa has made PGIMER, Chandigarh proud once again. Members of the faculty and residents won several awards at the 52nd National Conference (DERMACON 2024) held recently at Hyderabad.
The team of Dr. Sejal Jain and Dr. Sweta Leena Patra won the prestigious IADVL National Quiz for postgraduates. Since its inception, the department has won the quiz 8 times, the last 4 times in a row.
Dr. Sunil Dogra and Dr. Dipankar De, Dr. Sendhil Kumaran were the faculty members to win awards in various categories besides Dr. Rahul Mahajan who won the IADVL young Dermatologists Award.
Drs. Sukhdeep Singh, Kittu Malhi, Rajat Chaudhary and Vignesh Narayan R were the residents who won thesis and research awards.
