INSPIRE had celebrated its Foundation Day – 2023″ on Sunday, 3rd December 2023 at Hotel
METRO.43, Sector 43-B, Chandigaarh. Members along with their families participated in the
celebration which was full of entertainment for Adults & Children. The Guest of Honour, Dr.
Nayanika Singh, Assistant Professor, MGSIPA, Chandigarh addressed the Members on this
occasion and Inaugural Address by our Chief Guest, Mr. Vivek Atray, TEDx Motivational
Speaker & Former IAS Officer was made to grace the occasion.
Shri D.M.S. Bedi, Chairman – INSPIRE welcomed the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour by
presenting Bouquetes and read out the Program for celebration of Foundation Day-2023″. A
Souvenir on the occasion was also released by the Chief Guest and Vote of ThankS was
presented by Shri J.N. Bakshi, Advisor & Secretary General INSPIRE.

After the Inauguration of the Program, Cultural/Entertainment activities viz. Song Recitation,
Dances, Tricks by Magician, Songs by Members etc.etc. were’ conducted for the INSPIRE
Members, their Spouses and children. Al the participants including their children enjoyed the
cultural activities which was full of fun & frolic and performers also made the day memorable.
INSPIRE (Institution for Secretarial Practices & Development) – is a non-profit voluntary
professional body of Secretarial Practitioners in Tricity, registered under the Societies
Registration Act, 1860 in 1998 at Chandigarh. A large number of its members participated in the
Foundation Day – 2023 Celebrations”.
