19th Administrator’s Challenge Cup All India Football Tournament for Boys (U-17 years old) from 22nd to 30th November, 2023.

​​The 19th Edition of the Football Tournament being organized by Sports Department, Chandigarh Administration as per subject cited above will commence tomorrow at 10.00 AM. Seventeen prominent teams from all over India will be vying for top honour, in this All India Football Federation’s approved tournament.

​​The tournament will be conducted on league-cum-knockout basis. The seventeen teams have been placed in four different groups for the league matches. There will be cash prize of 2.00 lac for the winning team and runner up will be awarded a cash price of Rs.1.00 lac. The 3rd position holder will be awarded Rs.75,000/- cash prize. The tournament will be conducted at Sports Complex-42 as well as Sports Complex-46. The opening and closing ceremonies of the tournament will be held at Sports Complex, Sector-46. Tomorrow’s inaugural match will be played at 10.30 AM between Kuljeet Football Academy (Punjab) Vs. NRL Football Club (Assam) at Sports Complex-46. Sh. Hari Kallikkat, Secretary Sports, Chandigarh Administration will be the Chief Guest at the opening ceremony.

​​Befitting arrangements in all respects have been made under the Chairmanship of Sh. Sorabh Arora, Director Sports, Chandigarh Administration for the smooth conduct of the tournament.

​​In all the previous editions of this tournament, the press and media has played a pivotal role for the awareness and publicity of the tournament. We look-forward for continued role of media/press in making this tournament a grand success. We solicit all the respected correspondents of print and electronic media for their benign presence from starting to end of the tournament, to guide and support the organizers and encourage the participants for promotion and development of football all over India.

​​The organizing Committee convened all Managers’ meeting at Sports Complex-42 to discuss the modalities and arrangement of the tournament.
