ACADEMIC WRITING AND RESEARCH PUBLICATION FOR CAREER ADVANCEMENT
An expert talk on academic writing and research was organized by the Department of University Institute of Applied Management Sciences (UIAMS), Panjab University, on 21st September 2023. The welcome address was delivered by Professor Sanjeev K. Sharma, UIAMS. The resource person, Dr. Asif Ali Syed, from Department of Business Administration, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), emphasized the importance of collaboration in research, as well as the need for researchers to be open to new ideas and perspectives. In addition to giving useful insights into thesis writing, he also discussed the importance of academic writing and research publication for career advancement. He also shared tips on writing an effective research paper. Further the participants were motivated to produce high-quality research work. The session concluded with an interactive question and answer session. Participants were encouraged to share their research problems and engage in meaningful discussions. Professor Sanjeev K. Sharma concluded the session by thanking the speaker for his valuable insights.
