“JANBHAGIDARI ACTIVITIES” UNDER G-20 SUMMIT INDIA AT KV ZIRAKPUR
As India is hosting G-20 Presidency, Kendriya Vidyalaya K-Area, Zirakpur has been identified as the Nodal KV of S.A.S Nagar, Mohali Distt, to conduct various activities under “Janbhagidari Activities” from the 1st to the 15th of June 2023, focusing mainly on ensuring Foundational Literacy and Numeracy, especially in the context of Blended Learning.
•The activities include Summer Camp / Workshops on FLN, Digital Education, G-20, Storytelling, Puppetry, Rangoli-making, Art & Craft, Quiz Competitions, 6Nukkad Natika and Screening of three FLN films.
• KV K-Area, Zirakpur is leaving no stone unturned to make the Programme a grand success. Till date, sensitisation of about 2200 parents regarding G-20 has been accomplished through online mode.
• A workshop on “Digital Awareness & Cyber Safety” has been conducted successfully by digitally educating about 200 parents of the students of Classes I & XII.
• A Conclave of the Principals & HMs of six schools including KVs, JNV, Punjab Government and Public schools was organised, focusing on the effective implementation of FLN and the activities shall continue till the 15th of June 2023.
• On the 15th of June 2023, an offline workshop is proposed in which about 100 stakeholders shall be participating.
A cycle rally will be organising food r students of classes 1-12.
A rangoli competition on the theme of G 20 will be organised.
An exhibition of toys made by students will be organised under FLN activities.
An inter school nukkad Matrika competition will be held.
Stake holders from society will be a part of this day long workshop.
