On 25 December 2022, residents and staff of Girls Hostel 8,9,10 and International Hostel celebrated Christmas with tremendous fervour and enthusiasm on the grounds of Girls Hostel No. 9. The inhabitants decorated the hostel with balloons and ribbons of various colours. The Christmas tree was also decorated. To add to the festivities, Santa Claus visited the hostel and handed out treats and gifts to the inmates. Additionally, the residents sang Christmas carols and exchanged Christmas greetings. The wardens of all the four hostels were also present on this occasion.
