18 August 2022, this day is observed as ‘Sadbhavana Diwas’ or Harmony Day’ with an objective to encourage national integration, peace, affection, and communal harmony among the Indian people of all communities. Sadbhavana Diwas was observed by various departments of Panjab University which includes Department of Hindi, Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology, Boys Hostel No. 3, Sanskrit, UIAMS etc.
