It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that Sh. M. Venkaiah Naidu, Hon’ble Vice President of India and Chancellor of Panjab University, Chandigarh shall be delivering Convocation Address at 69th Convocation of Panjab University, Chandigarh on May 6, 2022 at 10.00 am at Gymnasium Hall, Panjab University, Chandigarh. Many other important dignitaries are also likely to attend the Convocation.
In order to avoid any inconvenience and security hazard, it is requested to depute two reporters and two photographers (one each for inside and one each for outside the Venue, Gymnasium Hall, PU).
It is further requested to provide photocopy of identity card/authority letter and one photograph of all the deputed reporters/photographers latest by 18.4.2022 at DPR office, Room No. 44, Ground Floor, Administrative Block, PU. No information on emails shall be entertained.
Separate identity cards for inside and outside will be issued by the University.
