चंडीगढ़ ।  चंडीगढ़ अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डा के मुख्य हवाई अड्डा सुरक्षा अधिकारी कमांडेंट प्रभात रंजन मिश्रा को राष्ट्रपति पुलिस पदक से सम्मानित किया गया है (मेधावी सेवा), उनके कभी न खत्म होने वाले उत्साह, उच्च भावना की मान्यता में कर्तव्य के प्रति समर्पण, ईमानदारी,बेदाग सत्यनिष्ठा और उच्च देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों में  लगातार 22 वर्षों की अपनी सेवा के दौरान अनुशासित सिपाही की तरह सेवाएं दी । उन्होंने संयुक्त राष्ट्र में विदेशी मिशन में भी सेवाएं दी । यहाँ यह उल्लेखनीय है कि, उनके उपर्युक्त पेशेवर विशेषताओं के लिए सीआईएसएफ डीजी से भी दो बार प्रशस्ति पत्र और प्रमाणपत्र से सम्मानित किया जा चुका है।

This 73rd Republic Day Occasion has brought a proud moment for CISF of

Chandigarh International Airport wherein Chief Airport Security Officer Shri

Prabhat Ranjan Mishra, Commandant, is awarded with President Police Medal

(meritorious service), in recognition of his never ending enthusiasm, high sense of

devotion towards duties, sincerity, scrupulous honesty, spotless integrity and high

discipline throughout his service of 22 years in different parts of country and for his

services in foreign mission in United Nations.

Further it is pertinent to mention here that, owing to his above said

professional attributes the said officer had also been awarded with CISF DG

Commendation Disc & Certificate twice
