(E-Tender of vacant dwelling units)
1. The Chandigarh Housing Board invited e-bids for sale of its built-up Residential Units (Free-Hold & Lease Hold) and built-up Commercial Units (Lease-Hold). The last date for submission of e-bids was 19.10.2021 till 10.00 AM and the these were opened from 10.15 AM onwards, as per the schedule.
2. The detail of successful highest bidders has been uploaded on the website of the Chandigarh Housing Board www.chbonline.in. The whole process of e-Tendering was completed with the technical assistance of National Informatics Centre (NIC) – Chandigarh on its e-Tendering platform.
As per above details, the total highest bid amount is 12.04% above the total reserve prices. However, in case of Commercial Units, the average highest bids are 21.40% than the average reserve prices.
Payment of 25 % amount by the Highest Bidder:
The highest bidder is required to make the payment by 27.10.2021 positively to avoid forfeiture of EMD and blacklisting from future tendering processes of Chandigarh Housing Board.
