OPD Registration for GMSH-16 at Sampark Centers
Considering the huge rush for OPD registration at GMSH-16 and also for convenience of general public, it was decided that the facility of OPD registration for GMSH-16 is to be made available at the Sampark Centres on payment of nominal amount by the patients. To start with, the facility of OPD registration for GMSH-16 was started at Sampark Centre in Sector-15 from 10.09.2021 on pilot basis.
2. Now it has been decided that from Monday i.e. 18.10.2021, the facility of OPD registration of GMSH-16 will be available at the following 10 Sampark Centers from 08.00am to 11.00am, on payment of Rs. 10/- per registration:
i. Sampark Centre, Sector-10
ii. Sampark Centre, Sector-15
iii. Sampark Centre, Sector-40
iv. Sampark Centre, Sector-43
v. Sampark Centre, Industrial Area Phase-I
vi. Sampark Centre, Dhanas
vii. Sampark Centre, Mauli Jagran
viii. Sampark Centre, Bapu Dham
ix. Sampark Centre, Mani Majra
x. Sampark Centre, Maloya
3. Efforts are being made to provide OPD registration facility for GMCH-32 and PGI also on the Sampark Centers but it may some more time.
4. To encourage online registration for OPD, a separate counter has been provided at GMSH-16 for issuance of bar-coded OPD card. Now the patients after online registration may get the OPD card from the special counter without any hassles. Here it is mentioned that the existing system of free walk in registration at the GMSH-16 will also remain available without any change.
