Chandigarhsunita shastri: University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh is organizing a National Poster Making Competition to celebrate National Youth Day under the aegis of Prof. (Dr.) Raj Kumar, the Vice-Chancellor of Panjab University, Prof. (Dr.) Rajinder Kaur, Director of UILS, PU and Dr. Pushpinder Kaur, Associate Professor (Law), UILS, PU, Chandigarh. National Youth Day is celebrated on January 12, every year in India to honor the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, one of India’s greatest leaders and believers of youth power. He pushed for national integration in colonial India. The object of National Youth Day is to create awareness and provides knowledge about the rights of people. The main aim behind the celebration is to motivate the youth to work for a better future and spread the ideas of the Swami Vivekananda. The Registration Forms for the same has been released on January 04, 2020, and the last date for the submission of posters is January 25, 2021. The competition is open to all the students pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s/PG degree or Certificate course from any affiliated University/College/Institute. Students may participate in a team consisting of not more than 2 persons.
