Online Musical Concert organized to mark New Year celebrations.

Chandigarh, January 1, 2021, Maa Saraswati Musical Group in association with Umang Foundation organized an online musical concert as part of New Year celebrations. A total of 15 singers from all age groups participated in the concert who were rejoiced by the audiences across the world. According to Surinder Verma, Founder, Maa Saraswati Musical Group, “The year 2020 made each citizen of the world miseable due to global pandemic. The lockdown put not only put one’s life into the halt but apart from death toll due to covid 19 many died due to trauma and depression. So keeping in mind above, through this online concert, we bid farewell to year 2020 and wish that New Year 2021 will bring smiles on the faces of entire community and provide peace happiness, prosperity and long life.”

Present on the occasion, Kavita Saxena, Founder, Umang Foundation said, “through this online musical concern we gather to usher in a new beginning, a time to start with new hopes, desires, expectations and New Year resolutions. These also give us an edge and excitement going into the New Year, a fresh start. Look forward to thinking about the passage of time, welcome the opportunities and try to improve life through them”.

Singers who enthralled the audiences with their performances include Dileep Raina, Karuna Shrivastava, Renu Pathania, Sanjeev Arora, Pawan Sood, Dimple Sood, Sangeeta Kaur, Kanchan Jain, Pradeep Sharma, Jaya Sharma, Kartik Kapoor, Arush Uppal, Surinder Pushkarna, Arun Goela, Jyoti Sinha, Devi Badlani, Ragini Mathur, Alex Azad and SK Azad. The show was anchored by anchor Kavita Sharma.
