Chandigarh.11 November,2020: Major Gen. Rajinder Nath, PVSM had resigned from the post of the Senior Vice President, Society for the Care of Blind and the same was accepted by the Sh.Manoj Parida,IAS, Adviser to the Administrator, U.T., Chandigarh being ex-officio President of the Society on 23-09-2020. The officiating charge of Senior Vice Presidentwas assigned to Brig. K.I. Kumar being senior most Vice President.
The Standing Committee of the Society unanimously decided to nominate officiating Senior Vice President Brig. K.I. Kumar as regular Senior Vice President in its meeting held on 16th October 2020.
Brig. K.I. Kumar has been appointed as regular Vice President of the Society for the Care of Blind by Worthy Adviser to the Administrator , UT Chandigarh on 06-11-2020 being ex-officio President of the Society in view of the decision of the Standing Committee of the Society in its meeting held on 16-10-2020.
