Awards in Schoolpex 2024
3 days , 25th Inter School Stamp Exhibition held every year with support of India Posts , Rajasthan Circle in Jaipur closed with Award announcement on 16th November 2024 at Junior Hall , St Xavier,s School , Bhagwandas Road , Jaipur at evening 6.00 o clock today .
India Posts released special slogan postmark on the occasion of ‘Year of Camels 2024’ at the venue . Students were provided free postcards to write any message about camels which was posted in letter box placed at venue . These letter were postmarked with slogan , “Save our Camels – Year of Camelids 2024” . Ms Anubrata Das , Director Postal Services HQ , India Posts Rajasthan Circle visited exhibition and motivated her daughter to write postcard about camel and post it there. The best written message about camels will be given awards . Apart from St Xavier,s School Students , many other school students also visited the exhibition and saw beautiful and awarded collections and also posted postcards from there with message for camels .
Rajesh Paharia , Gen Secretary , PSR said that there were 7 Trophies , 8 first , 7 second , 5 third and 4 consolation prizes awarded to students , Teachers and Schools . The Jury Panel comprised of Senior Philatelists and Book Authors on Philatelic subjects , Mr Rakesh Walia from Chandigarh , Mr J M Dhor and Dr Rakesh Thapar

4. Late Jaya Bhargava memorial Best in Juniors Trophy – Manasvi , BVB Vidhyashram School , JLN Marg , Jaipur
5. Late Sh S M Lodha memorial best Virtual Exhibit Trophy – Divya Rajpurohit , St Xavier’s School , C Scheme , Jaipur
6. AVIK Best Philately Mentor Award to Ms Deepika Sharma , BVB Vidyashram School , JLN Marg , Jaipur
A Memento was also given to Mr Dilip Srivastava , Incharge , Philately Club St Xavier’s School , Jaipur along with special appreciation certificate to St Xavier,s Philately Club President Samaira Singh for sucessful conduct of Exhibition.
