“Two Haryana Police Officers Receive President Police Medal, One officer Gallantry Medal and 6 will be honored with Police Medal on Republic Day

“Chandigarh, January 25 – On the occasion of Republic Day, two Haryana police officers will be honoured with the President’s Police Medal for distinguished services, one officer received the Gallantry Medal, and 6 police personnel will be awarded with Police Medals for meritorious services.

Providing details, a Haryana Police spokesperson mentioned that Inspector General of Police (Administration) Sanjay Kumar, stationed at Police Headquarters, and Inspector General of Police Rajendra Kumar, working in the Rewari Range of Southern Haryana, have been conferred the President’s Police Medal for distinguished services. Additionally, DSP Pradeep Kumar of the Haryana Police Academy has been recognized with the Gallantry Medal for meritorious services.

Other police personnel who received the Police Medal for Meritorious Services include State Crime Bureau Haryana Inspector Rajendra, Sub Inspector CID Haryana Gunpal Singh, Sub Inspector PTC Sunaria Ravindra, Assistant Sub Inspector Ambala Kavita Devi, Assistant Sub Inspector CID Narendra Kumar, and Assistant Sub Inspector Panchkula Vijendra Singh.

Expressing his pride in the recipients, Director General of Police Shatrujeet Kapur congratulated them and highlighted their achievements as a source of inspiration for the entire force. “This recognition at the national level for the tireless efforts of our officers and personnel is a matter of immense pride,” he said. “It will not only boost the morale of the officers but also every member of the Haryana Police force,” he added.
