Eminent Researcher Dr. Vishal Sharma Received International Travel Grant from IAFS

Dr. Vishal Sharma, from the Institute of Forensic Science and Criminology at Panjab University in Chandigarh, has been awarded an international travel fellowship for the 23rd Triennial Meeting of the International Association of Forensic Sciences (IAFS). Among more than 1200 abstracts submitted globally, Dr. Sharma’s research work has been selected by the Organising Committee for an Oral talk as part of the comprehensive IAFS 2023 Scientific Program. IAFS conference is one of the prestigious event in the Forensic Science community across the globe.

The Meeting, themed ‘Where to From Here?’, encourages the forensic science community to assess current practices and devise strategies to enhance operational contributions and effectiveness amidst existing and future challenges. Dr. Vishal Sharma’s presence at this prestigious conference in Sydney this November is made possible through the travel award, which recognizes his significant contributions to the field.
