Seven day camp on the theme Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan and Fit India Movement

National Social Service Unit of Post Graduate Government College, Sector 46, Chandigarh, organised a seven day camp on the theme Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan and Fit India Movement from 21st March 2023 to 27th March 2023. The camp was organised with the objective to develop the personality and character of the students through hands on learning experience and voluntary community service. Guest speaker of the day was Dr. Nelu, a renowned Psychotherapist. She delivered a talk on Drug Abuse along with de-addiction strategies and measures. The seven-day camp came to a lively close with cultural extravaganza presented by the NSS volunteers which included a Skit on Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan. Principal of the college, Dr. Abha Sudarshan while lauding the volunteers said that such camps help in strengthening and polishing their character. She also congratulated the Programme officers for successfully organising this camp. The camp was organised by the Program Officers Dr. Sidharath Kumar, Ms. Pooja Gupta, Dr. Amanpreet Kaur and Dr. Arvinder Singh. Dr. Baljit Singh, Vice Principal was also present on the occasion.
