During the Health Mela organised today, Blood donation camp was also organised and wide publicity was done to motivate people for Organ donations, adoption of healthy lifestyle, Yoga and Meditation. The chief guest, Adviser to the Administrator Sh. Dharam Pal, pledged to donate his body and set an example for other people to follow in order to save precious lives and also donated blood. Sh. Yashpal Garg , Secretary health, also donated blood at the health Mela and boosted the morale of other people.
Free drugs and diagnostics were available in the health mela. 1199 people got registered at the Health Mela, 63 health Ids were generated, 20 Tele consultations were carried out and 18 Ayushmann bharat cards were made. Everyone appreciated the efforts of Health Department and all the staff for their tireless services.
