A detailed action plan prepared on SMART goals to support the delivery of measurable targets in time bound manner was discussed and it was decided that the assessment of each institute will be based on achievement of targets against the set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)–improvement in teaching learning process, infrastructure enhancement, 100% utilization of funds, placement of students, MOUs with knowledge partners etc.
A review meeting will be organised every quarter and projects release will be made in a time bound manner.
During the meeting, Principals of all technical Institutions- CCA, CCET Degree Wing, Govt College of Art, GITIs and Polytechnics were present.
