Independence day celebrated with fervour in Excel-Blossom society in Sector 48
Chandigarh. Independence day was celebrated with fervour and enthusiasm in Excel and Blossom societies in Sector 48, by following social distancing and covid appropriate behaviour. The residents and children of the societies joined the flag hoisting ceremony and the little kids from the society presented dance performances and patriotic songs. Rajnish Sharma, President hoisted the National flag on the occasion which was followed by reciting the National anthem. He paid tributes to the freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for freedom of the country and also saluted the Indian Army for their devotion to the country. Sharma thanked all the office bearers, management committee members and the residents of the society for their whole hearted support and cooperation in the ongoing improvement projects in the society. He also congratulated the organisers for organising such a wonderful function.
Sanjay Kanwar, President of Blossom society emphasised for the early completion of improvement projects in the society and committed to work for the welfare of the residents.
SK Dhawan thanked all the residents of the society for their cooperation and support in organising such events in the society.
