The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad considers and appreciates the decision of the All India Council for Technical Education to teach technical education in 8 Indian languages from the next academic session. In a memorandum submitted by the ABVP to the Education Minister (the then Minister of Human Resource Development) in 2016, this demand is being made today.

This decision of All India Council for Technical Education will prove to be important and beneficial especially for the youth of rural and tribal areas and will help in realizing the dreams of students from rural and backward areas.

Due to non-availability of technical education in Indian languages, students from backward, rural and tribal areas were deprived of it. Because of the technical education in English language, students who had some uncomfortable experiences in English were educated under mental pressure and due to this inconvenience, they used to get away from technical education. With this decision of All India Institute of Technology, now millions of students will be able to take technical education and play their important role in the development of the country and society.

State Minister of ABVP Mr. Sumit Jaglan Ji said, “ABVP has been demanding for a long time to get education in the mother tongue. The National Education Policy has also emphasized the availability of education in Indian languages. AICTE Make the course available in all languages as soon as possible, so that this decision should be implemented as soon as possible. ”
