last date for submitting application form for issuance of the Income Certificates extended upto 20.03.2021

Chandigarh.15 March,2021:It is for the information of the general public that the last date for submitting application form for issuance of the Income Certificates in respect of the residents of Chandigarh under EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) quota for the purpose of admission in Educational Institutions situated in Chandigarh has been extended upto 20.03.2021 in the public interest. The applicants can download the application form from e-district portal i.e. (http://chdservices.gov.in). These forms can also be obtained from any Sampark Center on any working day during office hours and they will submit their applications at any Sampark centers in Chandigarh alongwith all required documents (as per checklist attached with the application form). On completion of all formalities and procedure, the applicants can collect their Income Certificate from any Sampark Center.
