Chandigarh.13 November,2020: Ayush Department, Chandigarh Administration celebrated the 5th Ayurveda Day (Dhanwantry Jayanti) today at the Directorate Office,Chandigarh. Sh. S.S. Gill, Special Secretary Health-cum-Director AYUSH, Chandigarh Administration was the Chief Guest. He congratulates all the AYUSH staff and gave best wishes of the occasion to all the staff that were present on this auspicious occasion. Certificates of appreciation for effortless contribution to the AYUSH Health workers in the pandemic of COVID-19 were also awarded.
During this occasion a scared Havan of Lord Dhanwantry was also organized coupled with short span of Bhajan Kirtan.
During this Occasion measures of social distancing were scrupulously followed by all the participants on this occasion. The function ended with the vote of thanks to the Chair and the participants.
