Panjab University, Chandigarh is observing the Vigilance Awareness Week from 27th October to 2nd November 2020 to promote awareness amongst the common man towards the policy of achieving transparency, accountability and corruption free governance.
The integrity pledge was administered by Sh. Vikram Nayyar, Finance and Development Officer and officiating Registrar in the presence of Deputy Registrars, Assistant Registrars and Superintendents of PU. He emphasised that integrity means strong moral values which are based on honesty in every aspect of life. He urged all to continue strengthening the integrity and making it an integral part of life.
Similarly, the faculty and staff of other departments of PU namely Department of Life Long Learning & Extension, Department of Physical Education, Department of History, Department of Sociology, Department of Music and Department of Education also took prescribed integrity pledge to observe the “Vigilance Awareness Week – 2020” in their respective Departments.
